Pilates Mat

This All-level Pilates Mat class will build your understanding of the Pilates method. It all starts with the mat exercises. Building strong core muscles builds better posture, eliminates some of your natural imbalances, gives strength to the vertebrate helping with many back issues, and creates a more streamline shape.

       Pilates Mat Level 2

Every Wednesday Morning @ 10:45am


In Level 2, clients will continue to practice the full classic Pilates exercises while intermediate principle and exercises are layered into the workout. This includes more weight bearing on arms, more complex movements, and larger ranges of motion. The class will pull out all the small Pilates equipment: stability balls, half barrels, bands, magic circles, weights, and more to keep a variety in your workout with every class! 

Melt Hour

Melt restores your facia to a healthy, supportive state. A session of MELT enhances mobility, stability and overall well being while it helps reduce and prevent chronic pain. Learn new MELT moves to add to your home self care routine.

Reformer Class

Every Monday @ 6:30pm

Every Tuesday @ 1:00pm


This full-bodied reformer based class will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. Adding boxes, barrels, the magic circle, and hand weights will ensure you never experience the same class twice!

Balanced Body Fitness is a small personal space with a maximum of 3 participants per class. Experience a class dynamic with close personal attention to technique.


(Basic knowledge of reformer work is required)

What is MELT?
