Our first session together is a fitness consultation. This session is an information gathering session and is extremely important as it sets the foundation for your training.
During this session we discuss your goals, health, nutrition and any other concerns you may have. We will explore breath and breathing techniques as it applies to the Pilates. We will look at alignment of your body and cover basic form. I assess your strength and flexibility and take your body measurements and weight. Now we have a baseline to measure your progress in the future.
After we determine your fitness goals and level of fitness the real work begins. I design an exercise program that is suitable for you and will help you achieve your goals.
I will continue to motivate and challenge you by introducing you to new exercises which include the latest trends in the fitness industry.
Small Group Training
Small groups include 4-6 people.
